Managing a growing sales team is rarely difficult because of one big problem. More often, it is the small things that slow everyone down: finding the right information, checking what happened with a lead, remembering which client needs attention, or spending extra time entering information that is already available somewhere else.

That is exactly what we focused on in the July 2026 VSCRM updates.
This release brings several practical improvements across reports, dashboards, lead management, quotations, display settings, and everyday CRM workflows. None of these changes are about adding complexity. The goal is to make information easier to find, reduce unnecessary steps, and give teams more control over how they work inside VSCRM.
Here is what has changed.
What’s New in VSCRM in July 2026?
The July update includes seven improvements:
- Easier-to-understand performance reports
- Contextual help across important CRM pages
- Current-month expired clients on the dashboard
- More options in Display Settings
- Custom ordering for lead fields
- Product and quantity fetching in quotations
- Automatic client name and amount in mobile templates
Let’s look at what each update means for the people actually using VSCRM every day.
1. Performance Reports Are Now Easier to Understand
Performance reports are useful only when the information is easy to understand.
The User-Wise Performance Activity Report now makes its performance-related short forms clickable. Instead of having to remember what each abbreviation means, users can simply click on it and see the complete term.
For example, the report now explains:
- FTD — For the Day
- YD — Yesterday
- MTD — Month till Date
- LMTD — Last Month till Date
- LM — Last Month Total
This is a small interface improvement, but it removes an unnecessary point of confusion when managers are checking team activity and comparing performance periods.
For teams that regularly use performance reports, the information is now easier to understand without having to remember what each short form represents.
2. Get Help Directly from the Page You Are Using
A common problem with software isn’t always that a feature is difficult. Sometimes users simply don’t know what a particular option does or what they should do next.
VSCRM now includes contextual Help Icons across important pages, sections and features.
When a user clicks on the Help Icon, the available information is relevant to the page or feature they are currently using. Depending on the section, this can include help with documentation, step-by-step instructions, tutorial videos, frequently asked questions and solutions to common issues.
This makes support more accessible inside the CRM itself.
Instead of leaving the page, searching through separate documentation or contacting the support team for a basic question, users can first check the relevant help available within VSCRM.
For growing teams, this also makes onboarding easier. New users can learn features while working with them rather than having to remember everything from a separate training session.
3. See Current-Month Expired Clients on the Dashboard
Renewals are easier to manage when the information is visible at the right time.
With this update, cases that expired during the current month are now shown directly on the VSCRM Dashboard.
The information is fetched from the Revenue Report and displayed in a dedicated view containing the client’s name, assigned ABM, renewal amount, and expiry date.
The client’s name is also clickable. When an ABM clicks on it, the related client details can be opened directly.
This gives account and relationship managers a much clearer way to identify clients whose renewals need attention.
Instead of going through separate reports to find recently expired cases, the information is available from the dashboard where daily work is already being managed.
For businesses handling recurring clients or renewals, this can make the difference between noticing an expired account later and having it visible as part of the team’s regular workflow.
4. More Control Over What Appears in VSCRM
Not every user needs to see the same information.
A sales representative may want a different set of fields visible compared with a manager or an administrator. That’s why the latest fields and features added to VSCRM have also been included in Display Settings.
Users can now choose whether these fields appear on the frontend based on their own requirements.
This gives teams more control over the way their CRM looks and keeps unnecessary information out of the main working area.
The benefit is simple: users can keep the information they need visible without being forced to display everything available in the system.
5. Arrange Lead Fields in the Order That Works for Your Team
Every sales team looks at lead information differently.
For one team, the phone number may be the first thing they need. Another may care more about lead source, status, location or another specific field.
With the new Dynamic Ordering of Lead Display Fields feature, users can change the order in which lead fields appear in VSCRM.
This means important information can be placed where the user expects to see it instead of forcing everyone to work with one fixed field order.
It is particularly useful for teams with different sales processes or businesses that need to customize their CRM around the way their salespeople actually work.
Rather than changing the way the team works to fit the software, the lead display can be adjusted to fit the team’s priorities.
6. More Flexible Quotation Customization
The latest quotation improvement is focused on customization and reducing manual work during quotation preparation.
For the relevant customized workflow, products and quantities entered in the Lead Description can be automatically fetched into the quotation form.
The user still has control before generating the final quotation. Product and quantity details can be reviewed and edited if anything needs to be changed.
This is particularly useful when the lead description already contains the product requirements discussed with the customer. Users don’t have to start entering the same information again when preparing the quotation.
This update is available as a paid customization, created specifically for the applicable client workflow.
The important part is that the quotation process can now be adapted to the way a particular business captures and uses lead information.
7. Client Name and Amount Now Fetch Automatically in Mobile Templates
Small manual entries can become repetitive when a team sends the same type of communication throughout the day.
With the latest update to Mobile Templates, the client’s name and amount can now be fetched automatically.
Users no longer need to manually enter these details every time they send the template.
The information is populated from the available CRM data, making the process quicker and reducing the chance of entering the wrong client’s name or amount.
For teams that regularly send customer messages from their mobile workflow, this removes another repetitive step from the process.
What These VSCRM Updates Mean for Your Team
Looking at these updates individually, some may appear like small improvements.
Together, they address a bigger part of daily CRM work: finding information, understanding information, and acting on it without unnecessary manual effort.
Managers can get a clearer view of expired clients and team activity. Users can customize the information they see. Sales teams can arrange lead fields around their workflow. Users can get contextual help without leaving the page. And repetitive information entry can be reduced in quotations and mobile templates.
That is the direction behind the July 2026 VSCRM release.
The focus is not simply on adding more features to the CRM. It is on making the existing workflow easier to work with as teams, customers, and sales operations grow.
Is Your CRM Keeping Up with the Way Your Team Works?
A CRM should not make your sales process more complicated than it needs to be.
As the number of leads, customers, salespeople and follow-ups increases, having information in one system is only part of the solution. The information also needs to be easy to find, understand, and use.
The latest VSCRM updates are designed around everyday reality.
If you are already using VSCRM, explore these updates with your team and see where they can improve your current workflow.
If you are still managing leads, follow-ups and customer information across spreadsheets and separate tools, this is also a good time to see what a dedicated CRM can change for your team.
